Learn or refine drawing, art, design and illustration techniques in the working studio of Blume's creator Faye Wilson, She will be running classes on Tuesday's 10am - 1pm from October 4th 2022. Try one to start out or book several in advance. There are places for 6 people only per week, so booking ahead is advised.
The classes are limited to 6 people, so you will receive plenty of one on one attention from Faye. Included in the fee is access to a wide range of tools and materials on hand in the studio but bring your own paper, sketchbook, USB and any particular materials you prefer to work.
Faye can help you to plan, prepare, refine, present and pitch your project to a professional level in these sessions. For those wanting to learn digital art and design skills such as Photoshop, there is a computer set up with the current Abobe creative Cloud software, a drawing tablet, scanner and printer for participants use. If you have your own laptop, software and USB bring them. Please not that the studio has stair access so unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues,
Faye has received several teaching awards during over thirty years of teaching art, illustration and design in centres of art education excellence such as Enmore Design Centre. Though she loves to teach those at higher levels, Faye has a special interest in encouraging beginners and those lacking in confidence to "Blume".
